Ingredients
- 3 C Corn Chex cereal
- 3 C Rice Chex cereal
- 3 C Wheat Chex cereal
- 1 C whole, lightly salted almonds
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 to 1 C dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals and almonds.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in sugar and lemonade concentrate. Microwave uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High about 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture begins to brown. Stir in dried cranberries.
Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
