Ingredients
- 2 chickens, cut up or 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 lb melted margarine
- 2 C breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp salt
- 3/4 C parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Enough dry parsley to show alot of green flakes.

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine in bowl for dipping chicken. Mix all dry ingredients. Dip chicken into butter then into dry mixture. Bake about an hour at 350-375F in shallow baking dish
