Ingredients

  • 2 chickens, cut up or 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 lb melted margarine
  • 2 C breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 C parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Enough dry parsley to show alot of green flakes.

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in bowl for dipping chicken. Mix all dry ingredients. Dip chicken into butter then into dry mixture. Bake about an hour at 350-375F in shallow baking dish
