Artichoke Veggie Pizza

Three kinds of cheeses combined with artichokes, spinach, and mushrooms on a purchased pizza crust. Easy and nutritious! From Spice Islands.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 (16 ounce) pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 can (8 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine ricotta and feta cheeses, green onion, garlic, oregano, and black pepper in a medium bowl; mix well. Stir in spinach; spread over pizza crust. Top with artichokes, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
