Ingredients

  • 6-8 fresh beets - cooked
  • 6-8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Pour sugar, vinegar, water and beet juice into pan - bring to boi, simmer 15 minutes

Slice beets into a jar and add eggs. Pour beet mixture over beets and eggs. Chill.

1-3 day for eggs to get red beet color.
