Ingredients
- Pork shoulder (has a big layer of fat on one side)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic- minced or paste
- Oregano
- White vinegar- splash

Step 1
Start 1 or 2 nights prior to cooking. Make sure you cut the layer of fat off pork shoulder but leave connected for cooking. Then poke holes in it everywhere, then season. Either bake in oven for 5-6 hours at 350 covered or put in slow cooker for the same amount of time.
