Egg Nog

Ingredients

• 10 eggs separated
• 3/4 c. sugar
• Amaretto or other alcohol to taste
• 1 q. whipping cream
• Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

1. whip egg whites until very soft peaks form
2. in another bowl, by hand, combine egg yolks and sugar - blend well
3. in another bowl whip cream until frothy
4. stir yolks into cream - fold in egg whites
5. all alcohol of choice - sprinkle nutgmeg on top
