Linguine with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) package uncooked linguine
  • 4 large tomatos, finely chopped
  • 3 tbs shredded fresh basil
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

>Cook linguine according to package direction, drain and place in a large serving bowl.

>Combine tomatoes and next 4 ingredients, toss gently.

>Top linguine with tomato mixture, and sprinkle with olives and feta cheese.
