shrimp and fried rice noodles

Ingredients
- 6-7 ounces of vermicelli rice noodles
- indonesian soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons paprike
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1-2 tablespoon water
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar or to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ` tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic pressed
- 20 extra jumbo shrimp, peeled, cleaned and deveined
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 4 green onions, slice white part only for dish and reserve green parts for garnish
- salt and pepper as needed

Step 1
cook ricwe vermicelli in boinling water for 3 to5 minutes, stirring occasionally. remove from heat. rinse with cikd water for 5 minutes and drain. add indonisian soy sauce by dripping over drained rice noodles bit by bit, to flavor. mix well
combine oyster sauce, fish sauce, ketchup, lime juice, paprika, water and sugar to taste if desired. set aside
heat vegetable and sesame oils together ina wok or large skillet. add pressed garlic and stir until fragrant. add cleaned shrimp and cook until set. transfer shrimp to a plate and cover to keep warm.
put red pepper strip and onions in hot wok, and quickly stir fry them until tender crisp. pour in fish sauce mixture and rice vermicelli. toss vermicilli with vegies, coating everything with fish sauce mixture. season with salt and pepper if needed. heat for a short time over low flame. add shrimp and garnish with fringer green onion tops. serve immediately
