Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup Tahini (roasted sesame seed paste)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, from about 1 large lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tea. salt, or more to taste
- 1/2 tea. ground cumin
- ground paprika as garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini and lemon juice. Process 1-2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
