Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups (about 18 ounces) crunchy peanut
- butter
- 4 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 (10 ounce) bag candy-coated milk chocolate pieces, such as M&Ms
- 1 cup (about 6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine butter, sugars, baking soda, salt, eggs, corn syrup, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix well. Mix in oats. Stir in candy-coated milk chocolate pieces and chocolate chips.
Drop 2 inches apart by heaping tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet. Bake in center of oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove and transfer cookies to a wire rack, cool completley.
