Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless sirloin steakk
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 4 greeen onions, sliced lecghwise
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach, torn, or more
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • hot rice

Preparation

Step 1

Slice meat across the grain into thin slices and sprinlke with meet tenderizer. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok. Add meat and brown quickly. Remove meat from skillet. Add the onion, celery and green onions and cook until tender crisp. Add mushrooms and cook another minute. Return the meat to the pan. Add spinach, Sprinkle with sugar then add soy sauce and broth. Stir gently. Cover and heat until spinach is wilted. Serve with rice.
