Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
1. Mix 5 Tbsp butter and sugar thoroughly. Add egg and mix well. Sift baking powder, salt, and nutmeg together. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
2. Fill pre-heated oiled Donut Maker with donut batter and bake for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Once done, take out of pan and immediately dip tops in melted butter, then cinnamon and sugar mixed together.
