Linda's Potatoes (aka Mormon potatoes)

Ingredients

  • 7 potatoes
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/3 C. onions
  • 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 T butter
  • 2/3 C. crushed corn flake crumbs.

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 7 potatoes in jackets 15 mon., cool, peel & grate.
Heat butter & cream of chicken soup
Stir in sour cream, onions & shredded cheddar cheese.

Pour above mixture over potatoes in 9X13" pan & mix together.

Melt 4 T buter. Combine w/ 2/3 C crushed corn flakes & sprinklw over top of potatoes.

Bake @ 350 for 40 min.
