Ingredients

  • 1 lb Rotini Pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c flour
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 c grated white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c grated monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 c grated asiago cheese
  • 1 c finally chopped ham
  • 2 tbsp chlli powder

Preparation

Step 1

pre heat oven to 350\

In a medium saucepan over med heat melt the butter and set aside
Add the flour stirring and cooking until the flour is fully incorporated. Add the milk and bring to a simmer, stir oten. Add the by leaf, worcestire sauce and spices and stir.
Add the cheeses and continue cooking and stir until the cheese is melted, put ham in. Pour the sauce over the mixture in a large buttered bowl, sprinkle with chili powder and bake for 35 min
