Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 oz. processed cheese, cubed
- 1 16 oz. jar of mild/medium thick and chunky salsa
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 8 oz. rotini, cooked al dente
- 3/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 2.8 oz. can French fried onion rings

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef and garlic. Add cheese, 1 cup of salsa and chili powder. Cook until cheese melts. In greased casserole dish, combine pasta, beef, 1/2 cup sliced olives and top with remaining salsa. Cover and cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove and top with onion rings and remaining sliced olives. Bake uncovered for five minutes more.
