Ingredients

  • 2lbs boneless chicken cut into small pieces
  • 1 lb muchrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup canned tomato
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly dust chicken with flour, salt and pepper. Saute until browned. Remove from pan and add onions and garlic and saute until onions are soft. Add mushrooms and brown approx. 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to slight boil. Return chicken to pan and cover. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
