Great Lakes Artichoke Dip

  • 2 14 oz. cans quartered artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz. mayonnaise
  • 6 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T. chopped garlic
  • 2 oz. banana pepper rings
  • 6 oz. can roasted red peppers
  • Couple shakes crushed red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Drain the artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers, pushing out the liquid in the artichokes. Chop the artichokes and peppers. Add to the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into ungreased casserole dish. Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Serve with toast points, toasted pita chips, or crackers.
