Cheesecake, Classic New York Style
Classic creamy New York cheesecake with a lovely graham cracker crust. Yum!
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 5 (8-ounces each) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs

Cooking time 450mins
Preheat oven to 325°F for 9-inch springform pan. Mix crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and butter. Press firmly into pan bottom. Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, four, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around inside pan rim to loosen cake. Cool 1 hour and remove pan rim. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
