Ingredients

• 2 C Sugar
• 3 C Flour
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 2 Tsp Soda
• 1/2 C Cocoa
• 2 Tbls Vinegar
• 2/3 C Vegetable Oil
• 2 Tsp Vanilla
• 2 C Water

Mix first five ingredients into bowl
Then Mix last four ingredients

Bake 350
