Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 1 small can green chiles
- 1-16 oz. sour cream
- 1 cube butter
- 16 oz. jack cheese- grated.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice. Add butter, cheese, sour cream, & chiles. Stir until soupy.
Place in a baking dish & top with more cheese. Bake 1 hour @ 350.
