Ginger Sparkles

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, sugar, molasses and egg. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls and then roll in white sugar. Press with fork.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350°F oven.
