Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 pkg. yellow cake
- butter, 1 stick

Preparation
Step 1
In greased 9 x 13 pan, place rhubarb. Sprinkle gelatine, sugar, water and cake mix over rhubarb. Dribble melted butter over mix. Add cocoanut and nuts if decired. Bake 350 for 1 hr. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
