Ingredients
- 1½ Cup Sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ Cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 Tablespoon almond extract
- 1½ Cups flour
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- ½ Cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Beat sugar and eggs together. Add melted butter and almond extract. Beat well. Add flour and beat well.
Stir in cranberries and pecans. Fill muffin pan to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
