Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro or parsley
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground red pepper/cayenne
- 6 ears corn
Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter and stir in the remaining ingredients.
2. Place corn on foil, brush with butter mixture. Wrap tightly with foil.
3. Grill indirect medium-high heat approximately 20 minutes.
