Honey Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/2 cup mustard
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 tsp. curry powder
• 2 chickens, cut-up and skinned

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients; dip each piece of chicken in sauce, and place in a large greased roasting pan. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake at 350°F for one hour.
