M&M Explosion Cookies

My ultimate favorite m&m cookie

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup crisco
• 1/2 cup stick butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
• 2 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 bag semi sweet mini M&M's

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, crisco, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together first, then add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix them together. Add M&M's. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Makes 48 cookies with a medium scoop
