Lemon Butter Dill Orange Roughy

Ingredients

• 1 lb. orange roughy fillets
• 1/2 cup McCormick Golden Dipt Lemon Butter Dill Cooking Sauce
• lemon slices

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°. Place fish in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Pour sauce evenly over fish.

Bake 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with lemon slices.
