Scalloped Potatoes in Microwave

Ingredients

• 3/4 large potatoes
• 2 large onions
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon

Preparation

Step 1

Slice potatoes and onion. Put in 2 qt. casserole. Dot butter over top. Pour hot water mixed with bouillon over top. Cover and cook 15 ? minutes. Uncover and sprinkile with shredded cheese and parsley. Nuke another minute.
