  • 1-1/2 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 C. White Sugar
  • 2 C. Water
  • 1/4 C. Instant Coffee
  • 1-1/3 C. Vodka
  • 2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1

In a pot, combine Brown Sugar, White Sugar and Water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Add 1/4 C. Instant coffee. When dissolved completely, pour mixture into large glass jar. Add Vodka and vanilla. Let set in glass jar (covered) in a cool dark place for at least a week. The longer it sits, the better it gets.
