Ingredients
- ⅓ cup of butter
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 tsp. A-1 sauce
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1½ tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. of sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. flour
- This is for about 12 pieces of chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Heat all but the flour....when the butter is all melted add some sauce to the flour and mix well before added to remaining sauce...heat until slightly thickened. I salt and pepper the chicken but don’t start basting until after about 20 to 25 minutes on the grill....baste about every 10 minutes or so.
If you are doing more than 12 or so pieces: 1⅓ C, Butter 1⅓ C. Water 4 tsp. A-1 Sauce 4 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce 2 T. Lemon Juice 2 T. + 1 tsp. Sugar 1½ tsp. Salt 2 T. + 1 tsp. Flour
