Browned butter icing

Ingredients

• 1/3 Cup butter or margarine
• 3 Cups confectioners sugar
• 2 Tablespoons milk
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Brown margarine in a saucepan over medium heat until delicate brown. Blend in sugar then milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
