Crab and Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup shrimp cooked and chopped
  • 2 cans lump crab meat
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers, made into crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except the saltines and butter. Pour mixture into a deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with crackers and drizzle butter over the top to coat all the crackers.
Bake in the oven 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
