Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- ¼ tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1 TB Splenda brown sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 cups Weight Watchers Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon, ground
- 4 tsp pecans or walnuts, toasted and chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Core apples, leaving the bottom intact so that apple can be filled
Place apples upright in small glass microwave safe baking dish.
Stir together applesauce, cinnamon and brown sugar. Spoon evenly into the four apples.
Pour the water into the bottom of baking dish. Cover glass dish and place in microwave.
Cook at medium (50%) for 12 – 15 minutes until apples are soft but hold their shape. Remove from microwave and allow to cool to desired temperature.
Stir Weight Watchers vanilla yogurt and spoon over each apple. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and toasted nuts.
