Ingredients

  • 1 package plain devil's food cake mix
  • 1 package chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup Kahlua
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan. Blend cake, pudding, 3/4 cup kahlua, water. oil and eggs in large mixing bowl on low. Scrape side of bowl and beat for 2 to 3 more minutes on medium. Should look smooth and thick.

2. Pour into pan. Bake @ 350 for about 45 minutes. Should spring back when touch in middle or tooth pick comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes and remove from pan.

3. Prepare glaze. Place powdered suge and remaining 1/4 cup of kahlua in mixing bowl. Stir until smooth. Spoon glaze over top of warm cake, allowing it to drizzle doun sides of cake.
