  • 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 Peach (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup Walnut Pieces (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions
Cook your quinoa per its instructions.

Cool it in the fridge.

Then combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

Serve cold.
