Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs lean stew meat or chunks of tenderloin
  • 3 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup burgundy wine

>Combine all ingredients in covered casserole. Bake at 300 degrees 3 to 5 hours or until meat is tender.
