Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon (Strips cut into 1/3's)- not fried
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Roll 1 chunk of pineapple and 1 water chestnut in bacon and secure with toothpick. Repeat until have used all bacon pieces.
Place on sheet cake pan or cookie sheet with edges and
bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Drain fat.
Mix ketchup and sugar in sauce pan, heat until simmering. Put bacon wraps in crockpot and pour ketchup mixture over top. Heat on high for 1-2 hours.
Serve.
