Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 pound hamburger
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup water or milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• Sauce
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tbsp soya sauce
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 3 tbsp flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, water/milk, salt, and pepper together. Make into small meatballs and brown.

Sauce
Mix all ingrediants for sauce together and bring to boil. Pour over meatballs. Cook in frying pan or in crock pot.
