Ingredients
- 1 can chix & rice soup
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can water
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 can corn
- 3 lbs. chicken breast - cooked & cut up
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken; add all other ingredients. Add 1 t. cumin. Let simmer for a few hours on low heat. Serve with cheese and tortilla chips.
