Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1/4 cup Shortening
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine Flour & Milk in saucepan, blend and cook until smooth. Set aside to cool.
2. Cream Butter & shortening 4 minutes
3. Add Sugar gradually, beat another 4 minutes or until sugar crystals are gone.
4. Add Flour paste mixture, beat another 4 min untill fluffy.
5. Add vanilla and blend
Recipe doubles easily for larger cakes.
