Ingredients
- 16 oz. Dried Navy Beans
- 6 C. Water
- 1 4.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 # chopped ham
- 1 cube chicken boulion
- 2 Tbs. Worchester
- 1 Tbs. parsely
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 C. water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine beans, water, vegetables, ham and seasoning in stock pot. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer 2 hours. Add additional water if needed. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 2 more hours. Serve
