Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
Preparation
Step 1
Melted butter. Add eggs and sugar. Drain the whole kernel corn. Stir in both kinds of corn. Then add the Jiffy muffin mix. Bake at 350 deg. for 35-45 min. I usually make this in a round casserole dish.
