Ingredients
- 1 cup softened Butter
- 1/2 powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Cream Butter, sugar and vanilla in mixer. Blend in flour Gradually. If making Coconut balls add coconut and stir in.
Shape cookies with fingers into fingers and crescents and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Bake at 350about 10-15 * minutes, until delicately browned.
If baking butter balls, shape into small balls ( about 1" diameter ). Cooking time will be about the same.
*NOTE: As successive trays go in to iven the generally cook faster.
