Skinner's "Firehouse" Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • ½ cup Finely chopped Onion (Maui sweet)
  • ¼ cup minced Jalapeno peppers
  • ½ cup Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup Honey Mustard
  • ¼ cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Molasses
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • ½-¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ cup Spicy Brown Mustard
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Over high heat, heat until mixture reaches a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer ~10 minutes
4. Stick blend at the end
