Ingredients
- 3 carrots, grated
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 head cauliflower, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup salad oil

Step 1
Place carrots, celery, onions, corn and cauliflower in a bowl and mix. Combine sugar salt, pepper, vinegar and oil in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool slightly before pouring over vegetables. Let stand 30 minutes to blend flavors
