Ingredients

• ¾ cup sugar
• ⅔ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup salted butter softened
• tsp vanilla
• 1 large egg
• 1½ cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp salt

• 1½ tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400

Combine first 3 ingredients into mixer. Beat until light & Fluffy, then add vanilla and egg. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and mix with a wisk. Add the flower mixture to the butter mixture and shape into 30 balls.

Add additional sugar & cinnamon into a dish. Roll the balls into the mixture, and place on sprayed cooking sheet. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes.
