  • # 12 ounces no-yolk egg noodles
  • # 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • # 1 cup 2% milk
  • # 1 package (20 ounces) roast beef with gravy
  • # 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) reducd-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • # 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • # 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

1. Prepare the noodles according to package directions. Drain and return to the pot.
2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, roast beef, soup, salt and pepper. Add to the pot with the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
