Tara Hitchcock's Dad's Super Bowl Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. (1 block) Velveeta cheese
  • 2 lbs. Breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean preferred), hot or regular
  • 2 cans Rotel brand green chilies with tomatoes, drained
  • 1 bag Fritos corn chips for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage and cut up. While meat is cooking, microwave cheese slowly until melted. Drain sausage. Pour cans of chilies with tomatoes into skillet with sausage. Add sausage mixture to cheese.

Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips
