Avocado Dip

Got this recipe from my editor, Pat Rosner, at our St. Louis Conference in 6/88

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons chiles
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 6 slices bacon cooked, crumbled.

Step 1

Mix it all together. Let sit. Lemon juice neutralizes discoloration of avocados.
